Foreshore find in front of one of Henry VIII's palaces, Greenwich, England. Folded metal construction with piercing for rivet or stitch. Similar to MoL Egan & Pritchard Dress Accessories, Item 1428, Swan Lane, Upper Thames Street, London and Item 1414 Baynard House, Baynard Castle dock, London.
